(“AdHook Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you visit adhookmedia.com (the “Website”) or use our advertising management and reporting tools, including our Google Ads integration (together, the “Services”).

AdHook Media Pvt. Ltd. is a performance marketing and web development company based in India. We manage digital advertising campaigns for our own business and for clients who authorise us to do so.

2.1 Information you provide
- Name, email address, phone number and company name when you contact us or sign up for our Services.
- Business and billing details you share with us for providing Services.

2.3 Google user data (Google Ads API)
When you choose to connect your Google Ads account to our Services using “Sign in with Google” / Google OAuth, we request access to the following Google scope:

Through this scope we may access:
- Google Ads account and manager account (MCC) identifiers and account names.
- Campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, audience and budget settings.
- Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
- The basic profile email address of the Google account used to sign in, to identify which user authorised access.
We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google product data.
3. How we use information
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of our Services, specifically to:
- Display campaign performance reports and dashboards to you.
- Create, edit, pause or optimise campaigns, budgets, keywords and ads when you or your authorised team instruct us.
- Automate routine campaign management tasks you have set up.
- Provide customer support related to your connected accounts.
We use other information (non-Google data) to operate the Website, respond to enquiries, send service-related communication, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy – Limited Use
AdHook Media’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in our Services.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is necessary to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or Google user data. We may share information only:
- With service providers such as hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to run the Services.
- With your authorised team members whom you give access to your account within our Services.
- For legal reasons when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
- In a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to you.
6. Data storage and security
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on secure servers and are never exposed in the browser or shared with third parties.
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by strong authentication.
- We regularly review our security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data retention and deletion
- We keep Google user data only for as long as your Google Ads account remains connected to our Services and as needed to provide the features you use.
- If you disconnect your Google account or close your account with us, we delete the stored OAuth tokens immediately and delete associated Google Ads data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing naveen.p@adhookmedia.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
8. Revoking Google access
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once revoked, we will no longer be able to access your Google Ads data.
9. Cookies
The Website may use cookies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Website works.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, including by revoking Google access.
