Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who excels in lead generation, strategic sales, and relationship management within the digital advertising space. The ideal candidate will use their industry knowledge and networking skills to identify and convert business opportunities, expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Outreach:
    • Use a range of tools and platforms (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo) to identify prospective clients and understand their business needs.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential clients in sectors aligned with AdHook’s service offerings.
  • Client Requirement Analysis:
    • Conduct needs analysis through client meetings and calls to understand their marketing pain points and provide tailored digital advertising solutions.
    • Gather insights on emerging client requirements to inform new service offerings or campaign ideas.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients, updating CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho with client details, deal stages, and expected revenue.
    • Develop proposals, presentations, and tailored pitch decks to effectively communicate AdHook Media’s value proposition.
  • Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, SEO, and social media) to create effective, results-driven campaign strategies that meet client objectives.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and strategies that align with clients’ needs and AdHook’s growth goals.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
    • Lead sales pitches and presentations, showcasing AdHook’s digital solutions, campaign success stories, and performance metrics to build credibility and trust with clients.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Account Management & Upselling:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with clients post-acquisition, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring high client satisfaction.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging AdHook’s diverse service offerings.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Develop monthly performance and revenue reports, analyzing lead conversion metrics, client acquisition costs, and campaign ROI to inform strategy adjustments.
    • Track performance of campaigns and provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Advertising:
    • 4-5 years in a business development role specifically within a digital advertising agency, with a strong understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEM, SEO, SMM, online reputation management).
  • Proficiency in Sales & Networking Tools:
    • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) for lead generation, sales tracking, and client communication.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:
    • Strong persuasive communication skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships with a focus on solution-oriented selling.
  • Market Insight & Analytical Skills:
    • Strong ability to conduct market analysis, assess client needs, and propose data-driven digital advertising solutions.
    • Comfortable interpreting and presenting campaign performance data, such as ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Adaptability & Self-Motivation:
    • Demonstrates a high level of initiative, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
